We recently concluded the final session of our in-house soft skills training programme led by Diane Venner, delivered as part of the 6th and 7th editions of the Axis eXceed Programme.

The sessions formed part of the onboarding journey for our new joiners and focused on strengthening key professional and interpersonal skills essential in today’s workplace environment.

Over the past 3 months, participants had the opportunity to attend modules covering Communication Skills, Listening Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Business Etiquette, Time & Stress Management, and Service Mindset.
