On 11 August 2023, The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) has proposed revisions to the 2017 Securities (Preferential Offer) Rules, revealing the 2023 draft Amendment Rules.

Seeking public input, these changes require debt securities issuers to submit filings to the FSC per the outlined Amendment Rules.
