The establishment of an EDI committee at Axis to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion

As part of our commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, we are excited to announce the formation of an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee at Axis Fiduciary Ltd. At Axis, we believe that promoting EDI is not just a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have! 

The EDI Committee will be responsible for promoting and ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our business, including hiring practices, employee development, and workplace culture. The committee will also provide guidance and support to employees who may have concerns or issues related to EDI.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace is essential for the success of our business and the well-being of our employees and EDI should be part of our DNA . By embracing our differences and promoting  culture of respect and understanding, we can create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best self.
