The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) has released a consultation paper on the proposed environmental, social and governance guidelines for investment funds for public consultation on 23 October 2023.
These guidelines aim to enhance how the investment fund industry discloses its ESG strategies, enabling investors to make more informed decisions. Stakeholders and the general public are encouraged to provide their comments and feedback on the draft guidelines by emailing esgfunds@fscmauritius.org no later than November 6, 2023.
