Mauritius FSC Introduces New Authorised Bank Signatory Regime for GBCs

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius has introduced a new authorised bank signatory regime for Global Business Corporations (GBCs), effective 19 June 2026, through an amendment to the Guidelines for Management Companies.

The new requirement mandates that the authorised signatories of every GBC bank account include at least one officer of the Management Company and provides a three-month transitional period for existing GBCs to comply.
