The Financial Services Commission has released a communique on the 21 July 2020 to inform the public that an exemption from the requirements of rule 6(c) and (d) of the securities (disclosure obligations of reporting issuers) rules 2007 – audited financial statements for reporting issuers has been granted, provided that the conditions which are mentioned in the communique are met.
